Update to the less than professional business. Their nice replies requesting an email and a further investigation is garbage. Just like their properties. I have followed all Texas laws in order to request a copy of the lease and requested multiple times to have basic necessities. Nothing!!!! 48 hours ago I reported raw sewage pouring out of a cleanout running more than 40 feet to management 3 times and you guessed it, nothing. This time I have called the City. Slumlords for sure.
Management does not fulfill their obligations. No copy of lease and additional documents, work orders ignored, safety issues ignored, unit was not cleaned upon move in, alleged illegal activity on property, no porter to pick up trash, homeless sleeping on patios. Has potential with the right mgmt, which it does not have. Read reviews before applying. Btw having employees and friends make reviews (all 5 stars and exactly at the same time) is a known scam. I had a leak from my ac that flooded apt while I was at work, when I came home I cleaned up and put a bucket under the ac till they could fix it, maintenance put a piece of tape on the spot and said that should take care of it, it didn't. Tha apt above mine also flooded and water came thru my ceiling in 6 spots, there are now large holes where the sheetrock fell and black mold growing. For 2 months I've been asking for help and keep getting told "maintenance will be there today" with nobody showing up or repairs made. Now th... read more
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness from Skyview at Crawford and Touchstone Property Management. I’ve been trying to address ongoing issues with my apartment for weeks.
