I have rented from Touchstone three years in a row. Lynne is by far the best landlord that I have ever encountered. She is extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever there is any issues, she responds quickly and does everything in her power to make sure the issue is solved in an efficient manner. She is also very understanding and a pleasure to be around! If I was not moving out of Kentucky I would be renewing my lease with Touchstone. Highly recommend!
I have rented from Touchstone for two years now, and have never had any problems that were not corrected right away. Lynne is a very understanding and reasonable landlord, which I know from experience is hard to come by when renting student apartments in Lexington. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and very polite. I am graduating in May otherwise I would be renewing my lease with Touchstone!
I have had an awesome experience renting here during my senior year at UK. The rent is reasonable for the location being so close to campus. They allow pets and my unit even has an attached backyard space which is great for my rescue pup. Had a very positive experience with Touchstone and Lynne Dunn. Roommate (who was a return Touchstone tenant) never resigned the lease and backed out at the end of the school year, leaving us responsible for the full rent on the apartment. Lynne was very helpful and empathetic to our situation. The things that needed fixing were fixed within the 1st month of moving in. She was pleasant and easy to work with. Very responsive to questions we had upon moving out. Would definitely do business again with Touchstone.
Boy if I knew then what I know now...Lynne Dunn, the property manager, is a disgrace and should be fired and sued in court. Within our first month of living on Hagerman she was in breach of the lease agreement. If we could have found another apartment in a timely fashion we would have moved. Unfortunately, I was naive and willing to give her the benefit of doubt as she was nice upon our first meeting. Shame on me.
