Would not buy a spare tire from this place me and my brother bought a Cummins for the business from touchstone immediately started having issues he tried to start the warranty on it they said that the warranty doesn’t cover the issue. Tried calling after again and again if the call was from the last name of a MORSE they wouldn’t answer i would call on a coworkers phone they would pick up immediately. Called first thing at 8 when they opened, reached verbal agreement with Cheryl to purchase truck for asking price. She took my info with the intentions of sending me the wire info, instead of calling me back with the info she texted to say that they sold the unit to another party. I was coming from out of state and had already started making arrangements. Buyer beware, dishonest tendencies
Best car buying experience ever. They don't negotiate. The price is the price. Depending on the vehicle, you can get the best price. Don't like the price wait or keep shopping simple as that. They don't provide the service that alot of your average dealerships do because they are wholesale. We didn't have to worry about financing, we had the money.
