Unfortunately, Touchstone Mental Health didn't offer much support, in my experience. Often, the care coordinator was unresponsive to requests for assistance. The care coordinator would become responsive when it was time for them to update their required paperwork; a phone call every 3 months and in-person visit every 6 months. As a board member for six years, I learned so much about supporting people on their journey to achieving mental health. Touchstone's holistic approach is centered on individuals' needs, from physical well being, to career services, to managing the complexities of our health care system to get consistent care and services. My dream is that everyone who needs help can get the type of services and support structure that Touchstone provides its clients.

I have been a client of touchstone since the beginning I love the program the only thing I don’t like is I finally get comfortable with a staff member they assign me and with in 6 months to a year I get a new staff member I have had 4 since the beginning of the program
