Yes, they answered my call right away Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The waiting room here is spacious.
