Really angry miserable person spoke to me on the phone from here. Combative and unhelpful. Think her name was Tracy or something similar. Should be fired. Awful employee
Garbage. I changed my address in my profile and now I apparently can't sell anything for 30 days. I don't know about much when it comes to investing, but that makes absolutely no sense.
Update. Should be an easier way to contact them. Not all that impressed with their returns as well. When you finally do get an agent, they are very good.

So inept. Not sure why anyone would consider trusting money with them. There is no way to contact them, and their fees are so ridiculous its better to just keep your money in a checking account then hand it to them.
