Absolutely love her
I have been a patient for well over 20 years and have received nothing less than the best care. Dr Touchstone has also cared for my three boys that are 30, 24, and 20, since the youngest two were infants. The boys have formed their owned relationships and call directly for their needs. She’s helped us through some tough situations, and has always found solutions to our health issues, putting us on the right path.
Very sweet and takes her time to listen. I love her and plan on bringing my kid too.
I had high hopes for my care with Dr. Joy Touchstone. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Over the course of four months, I encountered significant delays and communication issues related to a concerning nodule. Despite my repeated requests, Dr. Touchstone did not facilitate the necessary peer-to-peer communication with my insurance nor did she send in required documentation, which ultimately hindered the approval of an MRI that was critical for my health assessment.
