I had high hopes for my care with Dr. Joy Touchstone. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Over the course of four months, I encountered significant delays and communication issues related to a concerning nodule. My husband and I have been Dr. Touchstone's patients for easily 15 years. She has seen us through some challenging health situations! Her empathy is unmatched. I also appreciate that she doesn't always try and push medications - many times I need to push my mindset in a different direction. We are more than satisfied with her (and the staff's) treatment of us.
Very unfortunate that I have been trying to get in touch with Dr. Touchstone just to follow up on a prior authorization request. It was sent from my pharmacy almost 3 weeks ago. I have been calling since last week and no answer or return phone call yet. So it’s looking like next week will be week 3 without my medication. This has been going on entirely too long. Patients are going to start going elsewhere if this continues.

I have been trying for months to schedule a basic wellness visit. I was getting daily calls from an automated system reminding me to schedule but I cannot get anyone to respond to voicemails. I have lost access to the patient portal, I can log in but then I am told no patient is associated with my account. I am beyond frustrated. I have high needs kids and there are multiple things we needed to follow up on and no one will answer the phone. Now I have to find a new provider.
