Mark is so friendly and professional. He replied to my initial query promptly, made scheduling an appointment easy to do, and then he showed up exactly at the time we agreed on. He's very knowledgeable about structures and maintenance. He was considerate of our family's space and time, answered a zillion questions I had about our house and what repairs it might need before listing, and then emailed a detailed report later on in the same evening that I could refer back to at any time.
