The receptionist was very patient, kind, and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty completing the check in process (on our end, not theirs). The receptionist was not impatient, nor “put out” by this, which I so appreciate because that can be embarrassing. Also, the woman behind the glass window was very kind and reassuring.
