Today I went in for 2 scary scans. Fortunately, Ross was assigned to me. This kind, thoughtful & caring man relieved my anxiety! He literally explained every step of the process & put me at ease! He asked me 5+ times if I had any questions & was I ok!! Huge thanks to Ross for helping me during this scary time. Shoutout to his boss Tina, who was so sweet & caring! What an awesome team!!
