A very nice and easy visit for a fast x-rays were Cynthia at the front desk, helped me rescheduled for an end of day exam.
I want to be transparent about my experience during my recent visit. I came in for an ultrasound on my arm, which my doctor had recommended due to ongoing pain and discomfort. I had previously had an ultrasound about a month ago, but my symptoms continued, which is why a second one was ordered. When I arrived, the technician asked why I was having another ultrasound done. Really nice and clean office. Staff was kind and really caring about me being anxious. It was quick and easy to get an appt and get registered. I think Stephanie did my ultrasounds and she was so calm and comforting and professional. Also the atmosphere of the room was nice with sparkling lights and nice music. It meant a lot to make the atmosphere so nice ti the nervous system.
The admin staff did such a great job informing me of my scan and the assistant to the Dr. gave me step by step what was going to get done. Checking on me every moment to make sure I was ok. A myFL Myelogram Cervical Spine procedure is no joke. I felt very well taken care of.
Had to get an urgent MRI scan and started searching on a Friday. Touchstone was able to get me into their office, but then we had to deal with the insurance company. Mandy at Touchstone was with me every step of the way. Rather than playing phone tag and messenger between the provider, my physician and the insurance company, Mandy hung with me on the phone to ensure we gathered all of the proper information to get my approval.
