First, the woman who scheduled me left an initial negative impression. She told me “I’m showing you won’t owe anything at the time of appointment.”, and when I asked if I would be billed anything (my summary of benefits shows a 20% coinsurance after deductible is met), she responded with “As I JUST said, you don’t owe anything at the time of the visit”. I had my original appointment time set up for my entire foot to get an MRI (today), because I'm looking into whether or not I need to have surgery done on it, which I have a VERY short window left to do this (due to fighting insurance on trying to get this MRI done since APRIL with another imaging place). Then I was referred here to try again. Apparently one portion of my MRI was denied at some point since originally scheduling my appointment, and without contacting me about it, my appointment time was shortened then filled.... read more
I have appointment on 8/25/25 morning. Took my morning off. Came and they told me insurance denied your approval. Not professional at all. Do not consider people time and never update me about the change in situation. Will avoid them.
