The entire staff was awesome and the process was smooth in a very timely manner
After 2 days I’d expect the results from my CT to be delivered to my Doctor at least by the next day. 2 days and counting, still waiting for the results.
This one star is due to their scheduling. After the 1st call I told them I would call them back and schedule when I was ready and yet they proceeded to keep calling me 2x a day. It feels very pushy and sales drive
Every Touchstone employee I met was professional, and courteous. When you in pain it means a lot, just to be asked how your feeling.
Got to the facility a little early but the staff still managed to get me in quickly. They were efficient and courteous which I really appreciated.
