Excellent every time. Top notch!!
Front office and clinical staff are great. The issue lies with billing not properly verifying insurance coverage. I consistently am asked to pay large amounts of money at the time of visit only to find out later that my insurance paid 100% of the visit. Please train your staff to verify actual benefits instead of just looking at remaining deductible owed. You currently owe me $1200 due to incorrect billing practices.

I love touchstone and the Midlothian location has such amazing staff. From the front desk to the techs everyone just seems to really care and make sure it all goes easily. The techs are all amazing. I think Midlothian Midway is as close to perfect as it can get.
