My Dr called in a talked to this facility personally yesterday... While I was in his office ordered a CT stat. I had a 9 am appointment..showed up at 8:35. Was told my insurance had not been approved yet. (This was STAT order for a brain bleed.) No one bother let me know not to get dressed and dr6all the way to the facility. They didn't bother to get it approved before my appointment.. I have used this location many times..as well as my family...This will never happen again. I was dismissed by the 1st person I talked to. Awesome customer service.
Filled out the online form and provided all of the required information. I called to follow up on an appointment and was told that it would take 2 hours for them to get a file ready. I followed up a day later and nothing. They wouldn't set up an appointment over the phone... That was 2 weeks ago. This does not equate good service..
