Incredibly unprofessional and frankly medically irresponsible. I received an impersonal text Friday, midday, stating Fossil Creek was having problems with their imaging equipment and I should expect to be notified as to whether or not the facility would be able to see me Monday at my scheduled appointment. They have always treated me with courtes & respect. They have my business every time I need to have imaging done for my Doctors. These People are very caring.
I completely agree with the other bad reviewers! They are all about the money. Had referral from my doctor for an MRI. I have THE best medical insurance. I can go to anyone, anywhere, anytime, for anything. This place said because my MRI was needed due to a slip and fall accident (other party is on the hook), they would ONLY take cash or some LOP form from an attorney. I don't even have an attorney yet. I have been going to Touchstone in Keller, Tx. for years for my mammograms (before it was even Touchstone) and never had any issues. Two weeks ago my husband had to get an MRI and so we chose Touchstone. We waited over an hour with the receptionist constantly telling us the technician was running behind. Ok, no problem. I have had three MRIs at your location this year, you have a wonderful facility and I enjoy having my tests done at Touchstone. I have had numerous tests, procedures, surgeries and so on over the years so I am not a stranger to the field. I am always a professional patient, I try not to interfere with a tech when positioning me for a procedure. I had a good experience with my procedure and the radiologist. Everyone in the office was kind, and the appointment was on time. However, like many people have commented, the billing office has some serious problems. They asked for a $100 deposit before my MRI, which I paid. My insurance later covered the entire cost, so I was owed a $100 refund by Servant. It took over two months and several phone calls to get a refund. Very helpful people and great prices. Explained the prices on what it would if I paid cash and stated that it would cost more if I go thru the Insurance route.
Very impressed. Front girl was friendly and greeted us right away and even thought we was nearly an hour early they got me right back. The ultrasound technologists was very friendly also. I don't have insurance but the cash pay price was with in our budget. Definitely recommend!
Horrible!! I would give you MINUS 10 STARS!! I had to give them one star just to post this review, which in itself is stupid! They don't post payments when they are received and then they turn you into collections!! I sent proof that I was paid in full and to them it's like no big deal!! BS, it IS a big deal...mess with my credit over $80.70 that was paid months ago! Jerks!! I won't ever step into one of their centers again and will advise family, friends & acquaintances to stay away!!
