Incredibly unprofessional and frankly medically irresponsible. I received an impersonal text Friday, midday, stating Fossil Creek was having problems with their imaging equipment and I should expect to be notified as to whether or not the facility would be able to see me Monday at my scheduled appointment. I have been going to Touchstone in Keller, Tx. for years for my mammograms (before it was even Touchstone) and never had any issues. Two weeks ago my husband had to get an MRI and so we chose Touchstone. We waited over an hour with the receptionist constantly telling us the technician was running behind. Ok, no problem. We understand that can happen. However, I just went in today for an MRI for myself and after waiting over an hour, was told the machine turned off for no reason. Folks, this is a scheduling issue! They were courteous and kind. They showed exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Also had good experience at Touchstone in Hurst, TX. I had a CT myelogram done and they made it as painless as they could. Highly recommend!
