RecommendedThey are very quick to attend to your needs. If you cannot pay all, they will let you pay what you can afford, then bill you the rest. The MRI does not take long, and I loved them putting a warm blanket on you to keep you warm and comfortable during the ordeal. They also let you sit apart from each other and you had to wear a mask. Everyone was very nice. I would. always recommend them in the future.

I would not recommend going to Touchstone. They are medically negligent and have no sense of urgency. They take your money for imaging that they then sit on until the two days a week they have a diagnostician in the office where they then may or may not actually tell you anything of use. If my wife ends up having breast cancer I’m sueing them because they were medically negligent with her imaging.
My husband had a bad experience with one of the receptionist this morning not greeting him and the others who all walked in at the same time with good Morning, instead barking at them to get their ID and insurance out. I understand that it becomes overwhelming when lots of patients come in at once but that is the job of front desk to be the face of Touchstone and keep calm and treat the patients with courtesy and professionalism. This experience has left us with a very disappointing image of this facility with that behavior.... read more
