MRI tech Tammy was excellent! Made the tests easy and explained necessay steps and how it would go. She makes you feel comfortable and confident in her ability and quality of the test. I did an ultrsound also but I would say the tech who did that was not as forthcoming with information. I have had plenty of ultrsounds done, usually the tech will speak during procedure and at end give you some basic feedback such as not seeing any blod clots, etc. This tech said virtually nothing except what to do before the test then "here i... read more

Dr Bell is very gentle yet professional. He explains things very clearly and actually cares. I have been under quite a few times due to my medical issue, however when Dr. Bell has been there I have had zero complications and wake up quickly and alert. He's very informative and knowledgeable yet understanding and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Bell.

I went to the ER in January. I received nothing but they made me feel like I was taking up there time and energy. The ER doc was typing in informational that the nurse was given to him. He said quote I don’t care. I looked at him and told him I heard what he said. Please if you get to the point where you don’t care about your patients it’s time for you to retire or leave. I received absolutely the worst care. They made me feel like I was putting them out. I went once to a ER That treated me like I was a person, you know a... read more

If I could give a LESSER Rating, I WOULD!!! Had a good experience in the Imaging Process at the Denton, TX Location. HOWEVER afterwards, T/T began Billing me for a SECOND CoPayment. First, and Only ONE, was already PAID at the Service! My Insurance Company (HUMANA) Insisted they had a "Deal" with Imaging Companies. They would Pay for 2 MRIs on the Same Day and at the Same Facility with a COMBINED Co-Pay of $200. Upon arriving at Touchtone, they CONFIRMED and I PAID the Agreed $200. Later, I found out, and TOLD, that T/T... read more

Extremely unprofessional. First, I was woken up at 8:04 and 7:04 in the morning over two days on the weekend by text messages from them. My phone is on 24/7 because of elderly parents. Secondly, I set up the test weeks in advance because it involved fasting and I wanted the first appointment in the morning I got there on time for my 7:45 appointment and after waiting 45 minutes to be taken in for the test, I finally asked how much longer it will be. That's when I found out that they had no tech for the test. Now I have... read more

I had a sleep study done at Lutheran. The gentleman that administered test was great. Very helpful and expert. Down hill from there. Today is the 8th of September and my doctor still has not received results. I called to find out status and was informed I would receive a call back within two business days. It's Friday, so I may possibly get a call back on Monday. Not a very good way to run a business in my opinion. In all fairness I don't know how truthful Health one is being with me. I just feel two days is pretty extreme ... read more

I wouldn't know how they're service is because I haven't been seen yet since it's been such a nightmare just to get an appointment.

I was at LDS hospital for a overnight stay for an operation on my bladder. They had the robot my doctor needed to use. I was very happy with my doctor, my anesthesiologist and the people who checked me in and prepped me. After the operation I was taking to the 3rd floor recovery overnight room where I felt I was mostly ignored. They checked my vitals and brought me some medicine my doctor prescribed . I wasn't given anything in case I threw up and I couldn't get to anything if I wanted to. A phone, a garbage l, a toothbrush.... read more

Completely unsupportive of kids with autism in the ER. They have all the glancing superficial veneer like fidgets but when it comes down to it they don’t support the child or parent in the ER. Disrespectful doctor and unnecessarily traumatic experience. I hope to never need to return.
