I've use other Touchstone locations for many years every year. This by far was my favorite location. It was more personal and the staff was awesome. They were very helpful! You could tell these were genuine happy ppl. They were very patient, explained things thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. As someone who has worked with patients since 15 yrs old I was happy to see that it's not bad everywhere as it has been appearing to be lately. I will definitely request this location again if possible for my MRI.
All of the employees who assisted me were very nice and professional. I felt well cared for.
The first Touchstone I went to on Junius was a bit of a train wreck. Apathetic front desk people, my appointment was overlooked and I waited over an hour and a half before I got help from a supervisor. She took things in her hands and contacted the Sammons location and got me in immediately. That staff member got me in for my MRI immediately and professionally.
