Touchstone always goes above and beyond to ensure a good match between clients and caregivers.
Terrible. I worked for this company 4 months, payroll is always messed up, dismissive and they bully you into working long shifts and hard cases 14 hrs. etc. with many dementia patients who yell, scream, verbally abuse and don't sleep and need to be in a memory care unit at a hospital while they accept them anyways. Don't waste your time, they are not considerable to their caregivers.
Touchstone Home Care is truly exceptional. They really go above and beyond to match caregivers to seniors with incredible attention to detail. The caregivers they select feel like a perfect fit… and it’s clear they genuinely care. Their level of thoughtfulness and dedication makes all the difference. I couldn’t recommend them more.
The team at Touchstone is extremely responsive and willing to help in any situation. Jenny is an amazing person who is always looking for ways to improve connections and better the quality of life for seniors!
I was so lucky that someone recommended Touchstone for a very last-minute need for my mother. Nicole was very responsive and this was during a week-end. The caregivers they sent were wonderful. My mother and I were very happy and we now are totally set up for future needs.
