I am currently a tenant with Touchstone apartments, I've lived here for a year. I love it here. I love my apartment. It's clean. Any issues, maintenance is on top of it. I love the staff, the landlord. Everyone is great. They really take care of their property. I am moving because my son needs me down south. Otherwise, I'd stay here.
100% recommend. Friendly, accommodating and affordable. Lived there for 2 years and they were always professional and courteous. Maintenance was also great even though I only needed them minimally!
Nice place to live if you're just starting out. Very relateable and understanding landlord. Maintenance department excellent, especially Kevin. Always fixed and responded to problems, which were not many, in a timely manner. I was there for four years, and really felt at home. Staff was great and always willing to work with you.
Scheduled a tour with Elizabeth who did not attend and did not provide the courtesy of even calling to cancel. This company also charges an application fee which is illegal in the state of Massachusetts. Any former tenants or present tenants who paid this fee are entitled to triple damages and attorneys fees.
I had been a tenant with touchstone for 10+ years. I give them 5 stars for the affordability, friendly office staff, and for the maintenance team for always being quick to respond to any needs.
