I am currently a tenant with Touchstone apartments, I've lived here for a year. I love it here. I love my apartment. It's clean. Any issues, maintenance is on top of it. I love the staff, the landlord. Everyone is great. They really take care of their property. I am moving because my son needs me down south. Otherwise, I'd stay here.
100% recommend. Friendly, accommodating and affordable. Lived there for 2 years and they were always professional and courteous. Maintenance was also great even though I only needed them minimally!
Nice place to live if you're just starting out. Very relateable and understanding landlord. Maintenance department excellent, especially Kevin. Always fixed and responded to problems, which were not many, in a timely manner. I was there for four years, and really felt at home. Staff was great and always willing to work with you.
Extremely unprofessional organization. When I moved out of my apartment, I attempted to contact the Main Office regarding my late returned Security Deposit. Couldn't get through on the phone. When I went to the Office, personally, the Secretary said she saw I was calling and didn't answer because she didn't want to talk to me. Owner dodged phone calls on purpose as well. I had been a tenant with touchstone for 10+ years. I give them 5 stars for the affordability, friendly office staff, and for the maintenance team for always being quick to respond to any needs.
