Terrible customer service. I have called multiple times to get records for court requested documents to close an estate account and they have either not sent the documents or sent an envelope with nothing in it. Each time I’m told it will get corrected in a timely fashion then later find out they never sent the requested documents or it will be another 7-10 business days. Garbage. I changed my address in my profile and now I apparently can't sell anything for 30 days. I don't know about much when it comes to investing, but that makes absolutely no sense.
Update. Should be an easier way to contact them. Not all that impressed with their returns as well. When you finally do get an agent, they are very good.
So inept. Not sure why anyone would consider trusting money with them. There is no way to contact them, and their fees are so ridiculous its better to just keep your money in a checking account then hand it to them.
