Garbage. I changed my address in my profile and now I apparently can't sell anything for 30 days. I don't know about much when it comes to investing, but that makes absolutely no sense.
Update. Should be an easier way to contact them. Not all that impressed with their returns as well. When you finally do get an agent, they are very good.
So inept. Not sure why anyone would consider trusting money with them. There is no way to contact them, and their fees are so ridiculous its better to just keep your money in a checking account then hand it to them.
I have had 2 encounters via phone and both agents were phenomenal. I stated I am not knowledgeable and need to be walked through like a 5 year old. They were both helpful and friendly.
