I ordered something 2 weeks ago. I received an email saying I would get a tracking number sent to me when my order shipped, however, I have yet to receive that email. I have called countless times, no one ever answers. I have left voicemails, none have been returned. I have emailed, no response. Absolutely horrible customer service and overall experience when ordering approximately 300 shirts for Volley for the Cure match my team held. I will NEVER use this company or recommend anyone else do do so either. Email after email and phone call after phone would go unanswered for days. Not the way a business should ever be run, let alone with time sensitive materials waiting to be delivered!
Very toxic environment. Management is highly disorganized, and fragile.
Super easy to work with, great quality and fast service, what more could you want!
