Extremely disappointed with the execution of our Cisco CSP-5528 deal. Cameron Vick’s handling was disorganized and lousy, with missed timelines and poor coordination throughout. We relied heavily on their support and expertise, and the delays directly affected our commitments to our customer. This level of service has put our reputation at risk and is far below what we expect from a strategic partner.
Dealing with Touchpoint is amazing, Spoke with Faz and he has gone above and beyond to source a battery for our Honda dealership Diagnostic computer, very informative and a top quality service. A+++ would highly recommend and will definitely use there service again. It was an absolute pleasure.
Touchpoint is an absolute dream to deal with, from the first call over 7 years ago, Bill and his team have been nothing short of amazing to deal with giving great advice on specifications and building quality systems to my clients needs.
