Recommendedi highly recommend Touchmark at Coffee Creek. My mothe4 has lived there for 4 years in assisted living. The staff takes wonderful care of her. I don't worry about her because of the excellent care. They keep me informed. This means alot especially now during this time in all of our lives.
My mother just had a horrific experience at Touchmark rehab. My mother started declining the minute she was WELCOMED at Touchmark. We know our mother very well. She started slurring her voice and going to bed at 4pm? This was not our mother. We were able to get her to a doctors appt because we were suspicious of her condition. After 8 years of living at Touchmark, my Father passed away at age 98 in October, 2018. After pretending to care about him and our family, not one person from Touchmark could be bothered to come to his services or even send a card or flowers! This was extremely hurtful and disrespectful to my family! Touchmark has become all about the money in recent years. I will never recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedEverything at Touchmark bears a common fingerprint, made up of dignity, good taste and professionalism, but best of all is the dining program, which adds to this mix elegance and imagination. Executive Chef Alex Stoy deserves much credit for elevating an already excellent program to a higher level of distinction. I am not a resident, but have often been a guest, and look forward eagerly to every visit. My relative, who is a Touchmark resident, could not be more pleased, which the entire family regards as a blessing.
