The care from Touchmark Home Health couldn't be better. The management staff ensures that their personnel and the client's are perfectly matched. If an issue arises with the compatibility it is quickly resolved. The caregivers go out of their way to ensure that the needs of their clients are met. They find a solution to every problem. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who asks. It couldn't be better.
I worked for Touchmark Home Health for 3 years and loved it. My supervisor Ashley was always quick to help with any concerns I had about clients. She truly care for their well-being. While working there it is such a wonderful working environment and I always felt like a valued employee.
I highly recommend Touchmark Home Health Care. Their caregivers lovingly took care of my husband daily for over a year. The girls were always happy, professional and excited to work with him. The girls felt like family and took great care of him. The office staff was very easy to work with and flexible. Everyone was wonderful. It’s nice to know that they would manage covering my husband’s needs without adding any stress. This company made sure we were taken care of and we are forever grateful for their compassionate care.
After a horrible experience with another company, I was relunctant to trust my father with another home health agency. Touchmark eased my fears! My mother has been depending upon the driving services of Touchmark for over one year now. She is driven to two bridge games twice weekly that are 10-20 miles from her residents. As this is both confusing and difficult for my mother to remember at this point in her life, the drivers faithfully pick up and drop off my mom right at her home at touchmark.
