Our experience moving my mother into Touchmark was excellent. The staff was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. Communication was outstanding, whether by email, text, or in person. Move-in day was smooth and well organized. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and recently updated. We greatly appreciate the warm welcome and professionalism of the Touchmark team.

Touchmark in Fargo has been a great home for Dad. He moved in at age 90 and since day one living there the staff treats him like family. They interact with him. At 90 the friends he’s had since childhood have passed or don’t know him now so his friendship with staff and residents is so important!
My mom made Touchmark at Harwood Groves her new home about a month ago. She left a home that she had lived in for over 20 years. I was concerned this would be a difficult adjustment for her. Almost immediately, she told me it seemed like home to her and she was so glad she moved to Touchmark. She loves her apartment, the staff, and her many new friends. Touchmark made the transition easy for her and the staff goes all out to create a warm and inviting community.
I moved my mom into TouchMark assisted living and it was the best decision. The staff are attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is lively, and there is always something going on. I would recommend TouchMark to anyone looking for a place for mom or dad where they will feel safe and well cared for as their needs change.
