Touchmark is over priced for what you get. Buying in at $421,000.00 for what? The views, $300.00 voucher for food? Bingo, movie nights?? Your rent is still $4,000.00 a month. Some of the staff are friendly, food is just ok, it should be delicious, for the price they charge. Only 35% full, that should say something. Make sure you read all the fine lines. As a senior facility TouchMark would not be one of my choices. Very disappointing.
Touchmark is by far the worst community I have ever worked out management treat us workers like we are less then them I’ve been here a month and have heard so many rumors and gossiping as if I was in high school again I’ve seen residents decline starting from the day they arrived and pass not even two weeks into living at touchmark I’ve seen more falls and injures then anywhere I have ever worked due to the lack of coworkers 3 coworkers have quit in the passed 2 weeks due to the lack of management and how we are treated it’s... read more
