Very beautiful place staff there are qualified professional and your getting what your paying a little extra for.
Touchmark is over priced for what you get. Buying in at $421,000.00 for what? The views, $300.00 voucher for food? Bingo, movie nights?? Your rent is still $4,000.00 a month. Some of the staff are friendly, food is just ok, it should be delicious, for the price they charge. Only 35% full, that should say something. Make sure you read all the fine lines. As a senior facility TouchMark would not be one of my choices. Very disappointing.
