Not by choice leaving a star at all. Negative 10 stars! I am a professional businesswoman traveling in a company car. I handwash my car once a week when i am not traveling. 1-2x per week as I travel up to 6000+ miles a month. I washed my car at Josh's and it left an oil film on my car. I contacted customer service via text because they dont answer the phone. They restarted it for me and told me to use a brush or a rag. I did and then it jusy showed the brush marks. I’ve never used their automatic bays, only the self-serve wash. My experience there was good. The spot free rinse did well for my vehicle. Based on my recent visit, I would certainly go there again for the self-wash. On a second visit I was going to try their automatic wash but had two issues and went somewhere else. One, the touch pad that makes you enter your phone number as you enter the bay wouldn’t work and therefore it wouldn’t let me enter and get my wash.
