I met the new manager on board yesterday Jose he is a much nicer man than the previous guy you had. Jose was patient and understanding. He was helpful and a good listener. I almost gave up on this shop because of the previous guy who worked there. I decided to go in there to use the self-service Bay and met Jose. He is a wonderful manager could you please also put up no smoking signs.
