I received acupuncture and cupping treatment from Brenna for tense muscles in my back, and shoulder pain from use in sports and lifting. One day after my session I could sense my muscles were more relaxed and my shoulder felt much stronger and not as tight. There are no words to describe how deeply and immensely Brenna has helped me heal. She has treated my body and mind with care and a vast knowledge of her practice. I have gotten acupuncture, cupping and scraping done, all were performed beautifully and helped tremendously. I always feel that Brenna is invested in my treatment and healing. Brenna Galves is the only person i look to now for a massage / acupuncture treatment. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgable. She will cater to your individual needs and does a great job asking pertinent questions prior to treatment to make sure you will get the best possible outcome. Wow I can’t say enough about the relief I experienced after visiting Brenna Galves/Touching the Mind LLC. She gave me a detailed questionnaire prior to our session of both massage and acupuncture. She recommended me herbs to take and stretches that I do every morning to this day. I had extreme back pain that was relieved after only one session.
