DISAPPOINTED!!! I contracted them for 17 days for myself and the care was not great during that time. They were contracted for 24/7 care. I'm not going into all the issues I had, but one example is that I have severe social anxiety. I had at least 12 caregivers during the 17 days. I never knew who was coming, so I literally was opening my door to complete strangers, not knowing if it was a person with Touching Hearts or not. To me, that is totally unacceptable!!!!
