Touching Hearts was an incredible support for my 95-year-old mom, who has never been easy to please. The team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated, but our favorite aide was Verika. my mom is a client and I believe one of her home health aids is mishandling her. I called the agency over the weekend with no call back and I just called the emergency number after I witnessed the mishandling with my own eyes and still no call back.
