Yesterday I was exiting my building in a continuing care community when I noticed a ninty plus year old neigbor grimacing painfully while trying to take a small step from the parking lot to the walkway. Touching Hearts came to the rescue when we needed immediate home care for our elderly mother who had injured herself in a fall. They accommodated us with overnight care provided by several compassionate and caring ladies. Each morning we read their care logs posted on the Touching Hearts website to see how Mom was progressing. We appreciated Dan, Jessica and their team for getting us through a difficult chapter in our Mom's life. If the need arises, our family would reach out to Touching Hearts again for their help.

Dan Wilson, owner of Touching Hearts at Home, was a life saver for us on very short notice. Following 8weeks in hospitals, and after another agency failed to show up, Dan made sure we had a caregiver here at our home to help with our needs. We continued with Touching Hearts for 4 months during which time the caregivers provided wonderful care and helped with chores around our home. I highly recommend Touching Hearts and want to publicly thank Dan Wilson and his staff for the care and concern.

Horrific! We arranged for care for our aging mother with this "company". We had to delay the start date twice due to her being readmitted to the hospital. When she was finally released to come home it was on hospice. We were assured that they were capable of providing help. Second day no one showed up. Called the scheduling coordinator and the owner of the company - NO RETURN call. If there was an option for a zero rating I would have used it.
