Touching hearts was great to deal with from the start to the finish. The owner was extremely responsive and very thorough and full of care and compassion. The team immediately got my parents scheduled and explained all of the details. The caretakers showed up on time and everybody communicated very very well. I really felt as though our whole family was supported in all of this from the start to the finish.
From the first phone call to the last call, this company is extremely professional and kind.
I recently used Touching Hearts to help care for my dad and words cannot express how wonderful they are. Everyone I dealt with from onboarding to schedulers and especially the caregivers were beyond amazing. They were so kind, understanding, flexible and willing to work with us to ensure that he had the best care possible. I would absolutely recommend Touching Hearts to anyone in need of caregivers- you will not be disappointed!
