Our experience with Touching Hearts at Home was brief because my mother passed away sooner than expected. However the kindness and professionalism were wonderful. They made getting started very easy and went out of their way to cater to me and my family. The caregiver Heather spent the last day of mother’s life with my family willing to do whatever we needed throughout the day. We were very grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend Touching Hearts at Home.
Touching Hearts at Home is a wonderful company. Their administrative employees are helpful and easily available for communication. Their caregivers have been consistently kind, helpful and prompt. I especially appreciate that they are committed to covering shifts, even if there is a last minute call out. We are so thankful to have found Touching Hearts for help with our family member!
