This is the third time I’ve called on Touching Hearts caregivers and on this occassion i only gave them a half day notice! Amazing they found someone, available and nearby too. Had total knee replacement surgery and the lady i got to help me had experience with this kind of patient and was very helpful and supportive.
Terri and her crew were amazing to work with! My dad was a veteran, that's how we found her. My dad really loved her and she helped us so much. I was so overwhelmed with caregiving, I couldn't keep up and I don't know what I would've done without her. I can't say enough great things! I am so grateful that my family had her during my dad's last year on the planet. Thank you, Terri and your people!!!
There are things in life that you don’t want to skimp on. The quality and care of a loved one is one of those things. Touching Hearts is AMAZING! It’s very vulnerable to need help and accept help but I am completely confident in their knowledge and care for my grandmother while I’m working. They are personable and professional.
