I can't say enough nice things about John Cushing and Touching Hearts at Home. I contacted John on a Sat. afternoon and he made time that afternoon to come an help me with a in home assistance plan. I was discharged the next day and Touching Hearts had someone there to help me navigate my home with only one hand an the other in a sling. My caregiver Faith helped so much between food prep to doing laundry. We all know how hard it is to find reliable companys, this is one of the good guys John

I don’t post many reviews but felt this Touching Hearts deserved one. My family has used Touching Hearts for over 4 years to care for both my parents and then after my mother passed away they continued to take care of my father who passed at the age of 98. The caretakers were wonderful. They were dependable, hard working and communicated well with all of us. Touching Hearts provided overnight care for my father that allowed him to be safe and allowed my mother to get rest at night. In his final days, the entire staff was so caring and loving towards him and our whole family.

If you are kind, compassionate and well intentioned and have a loved one who needs kind, compassionate and well intentioned care, look no further. Touching Hearts at Home has provided my loved one with outstanding care since 2020. I love that the caregivers are trained and vetted, thus reducing the amount of information I have to provide, allowing me to focus on the needs of my son. I want to share my experience working for the company.This is the most unsecured and unsafe place to work as the patient relatives don’t inform the office when and what time will visit their father (patient) and don’t even use the doorbell and coming late trough the garage!No body from the office did not call me to ask how I was after I was injured at my workplace! But pretend don’t know what happened to me and ask me if I need more job ….
