Don't call anyone else. Touching Hearts at Home of North Houston have gone above and beyond for our family. We first called in the middle of the night expecting to leave a voicemail. Nope, a kind human being answered our call and by the end of that phone call we had a clear understanding of their wonderful services and had a meeting next day. Yasmin and Allen are simply amazing. Our family have been using them for two years now. Very very reliable.
Great customer service does still exist! Services with Touching Hearts North Houston is an instant sigh of relief as soon as they answer the phone. Because they answer every time, 24/7, there is always someone knowledgeable on the other end of the line. They were able to get me coverage for my grandmother that same evening. The SAME DAY I called! I love working with Yasmin and Allan and my grandmother is so happy with the staff. Ten stars!
Touching Hearts was extremely helpful for my family. My father broke his hip last year and assisted with the hardships of that. We appreciated the help so much we asked for them to come back again when my father went through shoulder surgery and has yet again provided excellent care to him. Would definitely recommend these services for anyone needing the care.
