Wonderful compassionate care. Mom enjoyed spending time with Corine and Sheri!
We are very happy with the caregivers that my mother-in-law has gotten. There was one caregiver that wasn't a fit and they immediately replaced her for another that was a wonderful fit. They are very dependable. We can always get a hold of them if needed. We (the family) has comfort in not being worried any longer for her.
After a very rocky start with 3 or 4 caregivers who left the company. I know have a stable caregiver. I appreciate how caring and compassionate she is. I also appreciate the good job with cleaning , cooking , shopping, and keeping me on my daily schedule. All in all she is a wonderful caregiver!
I currently use Touching Hearts at Home for over a year now for my relative who is disabled. They are compassionate and very caring and our experience has been very positive. I appreciate the communication from the office. My relative looks forward to her weekly visit and errands with her companion and I would definitely recommend Touching Hearts at Home to others.
Horrible place. Poorly trained staff. Zero stars if I could. Update ****... that is a blatant LIE!! I was never let go ..... I left this poorly managed company because I knew it was only a matter of time before a senior would get hurt due to extremely poor staff training.( One Senior got hurt and all they did was blame an innocent caregiver) This company's owner does not care about clients or employees. It is all about money with them.
