I use this organization to care for my elderly father for about 6 months. Everyone was very helpful and friendly my dad's caregiver Sharlene was punctual dependable and very kind. I guess the only criticism of the organization would be that the communication kind of lacked at times Sharlene was going to be off and they basically did not tell me in advance I heard it from my caregiver. I would recommend this organization to my friends. Thanks for everything
We have been served by Touching Hearts at Home for 3 years and I highly recommend them. For the most part the care partners are very good. Services and needs for my mom & dad has changed and more assistance is required. I met with Sarah, social worker who is absolutely amazing I must add. Because of the care plan change my parents need consistency in their care partners that work with them. Sarah and Brenda, who is the scheduler got right on it and makes it happen. Sarah the social worker for Touching Hearts is amazing! She is always there to make sure things run perfectly and addresses any requests quickly. She has made our experience so wonderful and we would be lost without her and Touching Hearts. Also the fact that they are truly 24/7 and available all day and night is invaluable.
