I enjoyed my experience with Touching Hearts. The entire process was smooth. They started out with an intake/assessment and then they try to match your love with a caretaker with similar interest, if it doesn't work out you can call and they will provide you with a different caretaker. Sometimes I had last minute things pop up and they were able to accommodate quickly. It's a little pricey but they have reliable and trustworthy staff who really care about their job.
The level of care our loved one received at Touching Hearts was truly amazing. They made the transition so easy during such a tough time in our lives. The communication, support, professionalism and most of all compassion really shines through with each and every member of their team.
Touching Hearts provided the comfort and reassurance my family needed during a very difficult time in our lives. They are the only companion care organization I could ever recommend! From the care givers to the office staff, every single person is invested in the quality care and safety of their clients!
