We had an excellent experience working with Touching Hearts. They helped out us out of a bind -- with very quick turnaround. In setting up the services, Rochester based Executive Director, Jacqueline Longberg was in direct contact with me even over a weekend in which she was travelling. The assigned very experienced staff member was prompt, friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely call on Touching Hearts again and appreciated their service in a time of need.
Our caregiver was great. She clicked with my husband quickly. Kept him busy with puzzles, games, & music. Sorry to see her go but more care was required for my husband. Staff was generally easy to work with regarding scheduling. Would use them again.
I had orientation today and they were very Unfriendly I didn’t feel comfortable I feel like they were profiling me without getting to know me I would not prefer anyone to work for this company
This organization is top-tier. My Father went through an extreme medical event and I was looking for some assistance to help with companion care. He's generally resistant to anyone helping him but the approach they took to get him comfortable and match him with the right person was extremely thoughtful and professional. Their team is trained very well, went above and beyond to accommodate his care needs and most important, he felt safe and comfortable.
After the sudden passing of my wife of 50 years and 53 together, my world came crashing down. Beside my loss I had to undergo major back surgery. I had a slight knowledge of Touching Hearts. I hired them to help me with domestic work but it turned out that Emily, Sue and Marilyn were more than domestics, they were caring, compassionate kind and empathetic. The perfect match for what I needed at this point in my life. I would highly recommend their services for short or more long term support.
