She’s really good at doing hair. I’ve loved it every time. But recently I had an appointment scheduled early morning. I went to the new address but I thought it was the wrong one at the time so I went to the one I thought was the right address. I showed up the place was locked I waited about 30 mins. I went up there again the place was still locked and I took a look in the window and I saw the place was completely empty everything had been moved out. Trying to get kids hair done for school is the most stressful time. If I can tell you it is not letting me book. Don't tell me to come anyway. For 2 days and not try to answer. Very distasteful for our people! I know there are people that can't book and still get in.

Jay always does an amazing job, great customer service! I always get tons of compliments and have recommended many ladies to her as well. The area is always clean and neat, and she has great communication. She’s been my lash tech for almost a year and I plan to stick with her!
