These people should be ashamed of themselves. They are selling hamburgers from Sam's and Costco's as Smash Burgers and chicken sandwich from Supermarket. The food is absolutely horrible!!!!!
Absolutely pathetic. There were maybe 20 people in the entire bar and two bartenders working, yet I was told they were “too busy” to serve us. If this place can’t handle that kind of crowd, they have serious problems. The terrible service didn’t stop there. The women’s restroom was disgusting—no soap, no paper towels, and two clogged toilets. That’s not just poor customer service; it’s basic cleanliness and hygiene being completely ignored. If you like waiting forever for a drink while being treated like an inconvenience, Touchdowns in O'Fallon is the place for you. The bartenders literally will not come out from behind the bar to serve or take care of the floor. It genuinely feels like they don't know how to work a bar. Combine the total incompetence with their miserable, rude attitudes, and it’s a hard pass. Plenty of better bars in O'Fallon to go to instead of this joke. This place blows.
Bartenders hate quiet people that aren't demanding and will ignore people at the bar constantly even when they look to order shots or another round. Samantha need more support from her other bartenders. Samantha is awesome just gets overloaded cuse her staff let's her down.
Is this possibly under new management? Food selection is not the same as online menu as was sub-par. Had to get paper towels from restroom because waiter never brought any. Waiter was not very attentive. My order was wrong. Need I continue?
