I would never reccomend this company to anyone. Since day one they haven't came on the schedule day, had to call multiple times for them to even show up half the time. Not only did the yard look bad, but one time they forgot to mow our backyard...how does that even happen?? Then we cancelled our services and they kept charging us, called for a refund and NEVER got it, then they charged us AGAIN. So, if you want your money stolen, this is the company for you!
I would recommend them for Lawn Care and Landscaping removal. They did a great job and were very nice. Office staff was professional and nice. Only problem I had was with thier lawn cutting service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company ! When our previous snow removal company up and quit in the middle of a snow storm ( leaving our elderly parents snowed in) they rushed to our aid. They were eager to help , customer service oriented and reassuring . Their services were excellent . I will be a life long fan . If you are looking for services in the Joliet area - this is your company !
Just had TouchDown provide a fall clean up hopefully for the last leaves falling this year. They are such great people to deal with. I always feel comfortable using them. Again, they did not disappoint. Guys did a fantastic job. I will definitely continue using them. They understand the meaning of "service".

I had Touchdown come this week for my backyard. I used them due to their reputation. My yard was neglected for about 10 years from basic yearly upkeep and over grown. It had potential with lots of perennials. Tim gave me great advice and direction. He is very knowledgeable and gives good feedback.
