Initially I would have recommended this company, but eight months after the completion of the job I received another charge on my credit card. After multiple calls, I was told a refund would occur but that would take seven to 10 business days. We are now at the end of June (refund should have came second week of June) and nothing. I originally contacted Touchdown Glass to replace the pane of our sliding glass door when we shattered it while doing lawn work in our yard. They sent a tech out the next day to take measurements. We didn’t hear from them for about a week. When we called them they said they would have to special order the pane and asked that we pay half up-front. Seems legit so we did. $312.50 paid. RecommendedHave a clerestory window that a bird rammed and needed a quick replacement due to the rains predicted this week. Left a message on their messenger at about 8am, had a call from them at 9ish and they were at our house by 1030. Other places wouldn't even come out until Thursday at the earliest. My energy bill has gone down drastically since Touchdown put my new windows in, no complaints here! I will definitely be using them in the future aswell. Highly recommend.
Very professional and what I really liked most of all was that they didn’t mind taking the time to explain the little things! touchdown glass really made the whole tragedy of losing a good portion of our home and having it repaired and getting to watch it restored to better than new, right down to the beautiful bay widow!!! He walked us through selection of windows for a new build and has been extremely responsive to questions during install. I love my new windows and so will you. Definitely recommend.
