It was okay . We walked in they told us we needed appointments but can take us in still . That was nice of them . But I gave them two star because the main woman in the front keep on forcing us to get facial . We told her only head massage and she would not stop talking about facial . I was not relax at all because she talk the whole service about her facials . When it was time to dry my hair she grab my phone and force me to follow her on Instagram and like some photo . Had a very nice facial and scalp and hair wash. It came with a neck and shoulder massage. Very relaxing. Sad there was no skin or scalp analysis with microscope. But I did enjoy the service
