Heidi worked on my son for fascia release in areas he's had some chronic pain in. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work.
Amazing massage! I have been to a handful of places and I never got an actual massage. Heidi has helped my body feel great again! Not to mention she has a cozy and clean atmosphere!

She is really knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She gave me tips for stretches I could do to relax my shoulders and also recommended a tea. Very friendly and kind as well. And the massage was great. Probably best I've had in the area!!
