I went to Cherie for a lymphatic massage and had such a great experience. She made me feel very comfortable right from the start and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in her knowledge and technique. I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. The space was calm, clean, and inviting, which really added to the experience. I appreciated how attentive she was to my comfort throughout the session. I would definitely recommend Cherie to anyone looking for a professional and caring therapist.

Cherie is very knowledgeable, very skilled, and a great listener. She really focused the time on my need (shoulders / neck). I walked in with a lot of pain and walked out damn near 100% back to normal. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommend.
I had craniosacral therapy and it was such an amazing experience. I have been suffering some losses and it’s amazing how our bodies hold onto the feelings and it affects us in our daily lives.
