I have been reading some unfavorable reviews for this business. I have been going to this salon for 22 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience nor has anyone EVER been rude to me! I apologize to those who may be offended but we have a very entitled young work force it requires a little control! The reason I have continued to go to this salon over others is that #1, it is the CLEANEST salon I have ever been to. They keep the highest quality of beds and equipment in the industry! I feel it's expensive for the beds she offers. VERY CONTROLLING owner. Poor service and the owner changes the rules depending on her mood. She is definitely not a people person and does not belong in the industry. Quite going there and went somewhere else and spent less money on better beds! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who gets what the owner is doing s far as limiting your time. Money in her pocket if she cuts your time.
