I booked for a consultation. She talked real fast, I said that I didn't want a silk press so she washed cut and put mousse in my hair. When my hair dried, is when I saw how uneven and patchy she cut my hair. I sent an email asking about the consultation, and heard nothing back when I called, she rudely stated," oh, you didn't write it down ?"
