It is disgusting that this establishment is racist! This business & other spas on the island of Hawaii should be publicly reported to authorities on the mainland.
Apparently the massage establishment is refusing to service people of color. It’s 2023 and you blatantly asked a customer if they were black and refused to provide services because they were. Horrible. Pathetic. Vile. Literally just admitted it in their reply to another customer “don’t do color people”????? Are you kidding me????
Great relaxing and satisfying massage. The staff is very friendly and knows how to create a relaxing atmosphere. If you ever need a break from your day to day stress this is the place to go to and get away.
Friendly staff, professional and caring environment. First time for massage and keep coming back. Leaves you relaxing and feeling good.
