Katie is amazing! I have been dealing with TMJ and a knot in my right shoulder that has been affecting the nerves up through my jaw and face. She focused on the working on the knot, the area around it as well as did some cupping and worked on the jaw a bit., as well as a full body massage. 2 days after my first session and I haven't had any nerve pain plus I am still feeling relaxed. After being in some pain from a tight hip, i finally have some relief thanks to Katie. She started my session with an assisted stretch. I had a 90 minute massage. Katie is so knowledgeable with the muscles and gives such a great massage really working the muscles to relax any tension. I may have fallen asleep a little bit it was so relaxing. Ill be back 100%
