I called to ask for one of the owners and the lady who answered said there wasn't anybody there, and then hung up. I am sure the hair cuts are fine, but the customer service not so much. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I had a great experience at Touch of Italy. This was my first visit. Sheri was my stylist who cut and colored my hair. She did an excellent job, as I haven’t seen such a shine in my hair in years, and I’m very happy with my hairstyle. The salon has a very comfortable atmosphere.
I got exactly what i asked for. Rare for me! Norma Jean is great!
Roc the only male there who I requested did a terrible haircut. Did not even shampoo my hair like who doesn’t shampoo hair. And he cut my hair with an electric hair trimmer. I believe they charged me 35/40 for a terrible service provided and I tipped him because I just felt sorry for him and the salon. But never again will I use their services.
